When you download, subscribe to, or utilize a VANT Product, the privacy practices, data retention rules, and third-party processing behaviors of that specific application apply exclusively. This general Foundry Portal Policy does not override, replace, or collect data on behalf of individual VANT Products.

For our open-source software categories, standalone utilities, and local artificial intelligence ecosystems:

a. Local-First Execution: These systems are engineered to operate primarily on your local hardware and do not transmit user data to VANT servers. Any network connectivity requirements, if applicable, are disclosed in the respective Product-Specific Policy.
b. Local Storage Sovereignty: All databases, semantic indexing layers, and user preferences generated by these local systems remain stored strictly on your local disk, protected by your operating system's native security layer. We have no technical mechanism to view, access, or harvest this local data.
